We’re a growing Managed Services Provider with over two decades of experience helping small and mid-sized businesses succeed with technology. We’re adding a Senior System Administrator to our team. This person should be someone who thrives on tackling complex projects, guiding clients through infrastructure changes, and stepping in when technical challenges go beyond the basics. This role is primarily focused on projects and implementations ranging from server builds and migrations to cloud deployments and network redesigns. While you’ll occasionally handle escalations, your main impact will be shaping and delivering the technical solutions that keep our clients moving forward. Key Responsibilities • Plan and execute infrastructure projects including migrations, deployments, and upgrades • Architect and support Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid environments • Configure, secure, and optimize network infrastructure (firewalls, VPNs, VLANs) • Resolve advanced technical escalations when required • Maintain and manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP services • Document configurations, processes, and system changes in detail • Partner with clients to understand needs and recommend best-fit solutions • Mentor team members and share knowledge to raise technical capabilities Desired Experience • 2+ years working for a MSP • Proven ability to lead projects and deliver results in client-facing roles • Strong background in Windows Server environments and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) • Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid deployments • Solid troubleshooting skills across desktops, servers, and networks • Excellent communication and client-facing skills • Certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, or Azure are preferred Benefits: • Health, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) with 4% employer match • Paid holidays and PTO • Company-funded training and certifications • A collaborative, growth-minded culture where your input is valued
