Join a well-established MSP in Plano and take ownership of critical client environments. This role is ideal for an experienced MSP professional who enjoys being hands-on with servers, networks, and cloud environments while guiding technical initiatives across multiple clients. Responsibilities: • Manage and optimize Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Windows Server environments • Administer VMware and Hyper-V virtual infrastructures • Troubleshoot advanced network issues, including firewalls, VPNs, and LAN/WAN setups • Support projects such as migrations, upgrades, and security improvements • Document systems and provide clear guidance to clients and junior engineers Requirements: • 3+ years MSP experience supporting multiple clients • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Intune • Networking experience: DNS, DHCP, routing, VPNs, and firewalls • Proven ability to work independently and communicate technical concepts clearly • Stable work history with demonstrated tenure Perks: • $130K–$140K base + medical, dental, vision, and HSA benefits • 401(k) with employer match • PTO and paid holidays • Certification reimbursement and career development • Life/disability coverage and wellness programs
