The Role We’re looking for a Tier 2 Systems Administrator who loves diving into technical puzzles and stepping in when others can’t crack the code. You’ll be the go-to problem solver for escalated issues, the tech who makes migrations seamless, and the trusted partner who keeps client systems secure, reliable, and fast. What You’ll Do: • Troubleshoot escalated issues via phone, onsite visits, or remote sessions. • Resolve advanced Microsoft server and workstation problems. • Set up, configure, and manage Intune, MFA, and conditional access. • Perform seamless data migrations, especially to SharePoint. • Manage and secure Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, and DHCP. • Configure and maintain firewalls, including Site-to-Site VPNs. • Document issues, fixes, and processes for knowledge sharing. • Participate in the on-call rotation to support clients after hours when needed. What Makes You a Strong Fit: • 5+ years of IT experience in systems administration (MSP background highly preferred). • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft environments (servers, workstations, Azure, M365). • Hands-on expertise with Intune, MFA, DNS/DHCP, and SharePoint migrations. • Experience configuring Active Directory and Group Policies. • Strong background with firewalls, networking, and VPN setup. • Excellent customer service and communication skills—able to translate tech into plain English. • Flexible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
