What You’ll Do! • As a Technology Support Engineer, you will be the first line of defense for internal users, diagnosing and resolving a wide range of software, hardware, and network issues • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues, escalating when needed. • Own reported issues from intake through resolution, keeping users informed every step of the way. • Provide remote support via phone, email, or chat. • Maintain accurate records in our help desk system. • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and secure access. • Share best practices and educate staff on IT systems and security protocols. • Help shape our IT operations by identifying trends and recommending improvements • We’re seeking someone who combines technical expertise with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
