As a consultative Senior System Administrator, you’ll be working with our top clients acting as the trusted technical partner who ensures systems are secure, efficient, and fully aligned with best practices. You’ll lead technology implementations, proactively strengthen infrastructure, solve recurring issues, and build lasting relationships. This role requires previous experience working for a MSP and guiding SMBs IT strategy. What You’ll Do • Deliver hands-on onsite support to prevent and resolve issues • Implement new hardware, software, and services in line with standards • Conduct monthly proactive improvements to harden and optimize environments • Perform local audits, maintain documentation, and close technology gaps • Identify recurring problems and drive permanent solutions What You Bring • 5+ years in IT support, systems administration, or technical consulting • Prior client-facing experience in an MSP or IT services firm • Strong skills in Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and networking • Familiarity with ConnectWise PSA/RMM or similar tools • Relevant certifications preferred (CompTIA, Microsoft, ITIL) Why You’ll Love Working Here • $120K–$140K base + unlimited salary increases for certifications • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance from day one • 401(k) with company match • Paid time off, holidays, FSA, EAP, and more • Laptop + cellphone reimbursement • Technology certification reimbursement program • Culture built on creativity, learning, and professional growth
