Join a respected, well-established MSP in Plano as a Senior System Administrator. What You’ll Do: • Lead client environments: Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, Entra ID • Manage virtualization: Hyper-V, VMware, and advanced network setups (firewalls, VPNs, LAN/WAN) • Solve escalated technical issues—complex problems, not repetitive tickets • Partner with project & vCIO teams on migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure initiatives • Produce client-facing documentation and communicate with clarity • What You Bring: • 2+ years MSP experience supporting multiple client environments • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Intune • Experience with server migrations, storage solutions, and backup/recovery strategies • Solid networking knowledge: DNS, DHCP, routing, VPNs, and firewalls • Scripting, automation, or configuration management experience is a plus • Proven ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Security/compliance experience is a bonus Why You’ll Love It: • $115K–$130K base, plus benefits: health/dental/vision + HSA • 401(k) with 3% match • Hybrid WFH schedule • Generous PTO + paid holidays • Certification reimbursement & structured growth planning • Legal/ID protection, life/disability coverage, wellness perks • Collaborative, low-bureaucracy culture
