We are a an established MSP in the Dallas-Fort Worth area is hiring a Senior System Administrator to lead and deliver technical initiatives across a wide range of SMB client environments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, project-heavy settings and has prior experience working in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment. You'll take ownership of infrastructure and cloud deployments from Microsoft 365 migrations to Azure IaaS builds, Intune rollouts, network upgrades, and endpoint security implementations. The work is varied, strategic, and impactful without the noise of repetitive support tickets. This is a full-time role with hybrid work flexibility after onboarding. You’ll collaborate with a close-knit, forward-thinking team that values technical autonomy, trust, and professional growth. Day to Day: • Design and deliver M365 and Azure infrastructure projects (cloud migrations, tenant consolidations, security rollouts) • Lead client engagements and manage project execution from planning to delivery • Build and automate cloud environments using Azure IaaS, PaaS, ARM templates, and policies • Configure and support Microsoft 365 tools including Intune, Defender ATP, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange • Collaborate with clients to ensure seamless transitions and clear documentation • Stay up to date on Microsoft 365, Azure, and emerging technologies Required Experience: • At least 1 year of experience working for a Managed Services Provider • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure migrations (more than just support/troubleshooting) • Proven success implementing Intune (Endpoint Manager), Defender ATP, Azure IaaS, and Teams/SharePoint integrations • Strong foundation in Windows Server (2012+), Windows OS (7/8/10/11), and core network technologies (VPNs, firewalls, routers/switches) • Solid project management skills: able to manage timelines, stakeholders, and cross-team communication Salary & Benefits: • 100% employer-paid health insurance for employees • Hybrid WFH Schedule • PTO that starts accruing on day one, plus paid holidays • 401(k) with company match • Certification reimbursement and structured career growth support • Quarterly performance bonuses (up to 10%) + discretionary bonuses • Profit sharing (coming soon)
