What You’ll Do • Design, implement, and maintain Azure infrastructures for enterprise clients • Deploy/manage VMs, VNets, NVAs, storage accounts, and VDI in Azure & hybrid setups • Automate infrastructure provisioning (PowerShell, ARM templates, Azure DevOps) • Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server (with some Linux exposure) • Lead migrations, hardware refreshes, and security initiatives • Serve as senior escalation point for L2 and service desk teams • Mentor junior engineers and document best practices • Ensure compliance with security frameworks (HIPAA, NIST) What You Bring • 5+ years designing & supporting Azure + on-premises environments • Strong experience with Azure, M365 migrations, VMware/Hyper-V • Advanced PowerShell scripting & automation skills • Solid networking and security fundamentals • Preferred: AZ-104, AZ-305, MS-102, MD-102, CCNA • Excellent collaboration and communication skills What We Offer • $115k–$130k base salary • 3 weeks PTO + paid holidays • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance • Certification support & training • Stable, growth-oriented company with 30+ years in business • Strong, inclusive team culture that makes work rewarding
