Description The Tier 3 System Administrator II will play a crucial role in the DIT Enterprise Endpoint Management Operations team, providing security application and software support for endpoint and server operating systems, as well as enterprise software and applications. This position serves as a primary support specialist for Enterprise Endpoint Security tools including SCCM/MECM, Intune, Antivirus, Tanium, and AGPM. Additionally, responsibilities encompass Infrastructure Configuration Management, Remote Endpoint Management Support, Project Management, and Process and Procedure Documentation. Skills • Proficiency with Intel/AMD-based computing equipment (Servers, Desktops) • Extensive knowledge of MECM (inventory, software distribution, patch management, PowerShell scripting) • Strong understanding of Windows OS 10, 11, Windows Server 2016, and Active Directory • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, M365, Office 2016, Visio, Project, and SharePoint • Expertise in LAN/WAN troubleshooting Responsibilities • Provide primary support for Enterprise Endpoint Security tools • Manage the Infrastructure Configuration Management • Deliver Remote Endpoint Management Support • Oversee Project Management and documentation of processes and procedures Qualifications • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting and maintaining a MECM/SCCM enterprise environment • Knowledge of Azure and Intune (MDM, MAM, Apple and WIN10 devices) • Familiarity with Crowdstrike (Antivirus & Firewall on an Enterprise level) • Understanding of Bitlocker & Defender (Anti-malware and encryption on Enterprise level) Education Requirements • Relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Education Requirements Credential Category • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Experience Requirements • At least 2 years in a Tier 3 System Administrator role or equivalent • Proven experience in the support of enterprise endpoint security solutions Why work in Raleigh, NC Raleigh offers a vibrant community with a strong tech focus, featuring a rich cultural scene, diverse culinary options, and numerous parks and recreation areas.
