We’re looking for a seasoned IT professional who thrives in client-facing environments and wants to make a measurable impact on technology standards and stability. As a Senior Systems Administrator focused on technical alignment, you’ll spend most of your time onsite with one of our largest clients in Los Angeles, ensuring their infrastructure is secure, optimized, and future-ready. This role combines hands-on systems administration, proactive problem-solving, and trusted client partnership. You’ll lead local implementations, conduct audits, and identify recurring issues that need long-term solutions. From Microsoft 365 administration to server, networking, and Azure support, you’ll be the go-to engineer who keeps environments aligned to best practices. You’ll also collaborate closely with leadership and technical teams to influence roadmaps, drive improvements, and deliver seamless IT experiences. What You’ll Do • Provide onsite support and act as the technical authority for your assigned client • Implement and configure Microsoft 365, Azure Entra ID, Windows Server, and network solutions • Perform local audits, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with best practices • Lead change management efforts and deliver proactive improvements each month • Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues while preventing recurrence • Partner with internal teams to deliver long-term solutions and process improvements What You’ll Bring • Previous experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or client-facing IT services role • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and networking fundamentals • Hands-on skills with desktops, laptops, printers, and infrastructure deployments • Familiarity with PSA/RMM tools such as ConnectWise or similar platforms • Excellent communication and documentation skills with the ability to lead onsite projects Compensation & Benefits • $120,000 – $140,000 base salary, commensurate with experience • Health, vision, and dental insurance effective day one • 401(k) with employer match • Paid holidays and generous PTO • Salary increases for each certification you earn • Certification reimbursement and professional development programs • Laptop, cell phone reimbursement, and full support to succeed onsite
