We are looking for a Business Development Representative with previous experience in selling ERP (Oracle NetSuite) and Business Central solutions to join our Team. This position will report to our Sales Manager. Your day-to-day • Participate in prospecting, meetings, presentations offering NetSuite and Business Central solutions • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service • Both strategic and tactical action focus sales acumen • Build productive and trusting relationships with clients • Attend both virtual and face to face meetings with existing clients and prospects • Research customer/prospect history, business, and pain points • Lead generation along with company generated marketing leads • Account Management to identify cross sell opportunities • Maintain and build a pipeline of new and existing client projects • Coordinate with Project Managers to perform demos and develop proposals • Vendor conference event travel and attendance • Provide continuous, excellent customer service to client base • Other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager What You Bring to The Team • Previous experience in the channel and sales for Oracle NetSuite and Business Central • Sales experience of Microsoft CRM is a plus • Understanding of sales processes (stages and steps) and sales methodology • 3-5 years of field sales experience in business applications • Effective proposal creation and presentation • Experience in strategically achieving monthly sales goals • Ability to work and understand a modern workplace • Proven negotiation skills with proposals and contracts • Strong attention to detail • Outstanding customer service skills • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales success • Excellent time management and organizational skills • A positive, “can do” attitude • Strong networking skills What We Offer: • Market Competitive Salary Package • Medical Insurance • Dental Insurance • Vision Insurance • 401K • PTOs • 11 Paid Holidays • Gym Reimbursement
