In This Role You will join a dynamic analytics and development team focused on improving operational efficiency through scheduling and procurement process optimization. This position involves building and enhancing analytical tools and low-code applications using the Power Platform and Power BI. The role is well-suited for a proactive developer who thrives in a collaborative environment and values autonomy in solving business problems through technology. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable Power Platform solutions. Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Power Apps and automate workflows using Power Automate. Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to support decision-making around scheduling and procurement processes. Migrate legacy applications to the Power Platform to improve usability, maintainability, and performance. Write and implement JavaScript within Power Apps to enable custom functionality and enhance user experiences. Participate in project meetings, provide status updates, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to enhance system effectiveness and user engagement. Required Qualifications 8–10 years of overall professional experience in application development or analytics roles. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate). Minimum of 5 years of experience developing reports and dashboards with Power BI. Minimum of 5 years of experience working with JavaScript, particularly within Power Platform customizations. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience migrating legacy systems or applications to Power Platform. Advanced proficiency in custom scripting and component integration within Power Apps. Familiarity with procurement processes and schedule management workflows. Exposure to Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Azure DevOps or Git). Power Platform or Microsoft certifications are a plus (e.g., PL-400, PL-600). Salary Range Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state is 90,000 - 95,000 USD Annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
