Technical Engineer Tier 2.5 — White-Glove Support (MSP) 📍 NYC — 2 days remote | 💰 $85K–$95K | 🏢 Premium MSP / Services Clients We're hiring a Technical Engineer to join a prestigious boutique MSP delivering white-glove IT support to executive-level users in finance, legal, and professional services. You’ll handle high-touch escalations, cloud & security support, and modern workplace technologies — not just tickets. This is the right role for someone who wants autonomy, client interaction, and exposure to cutting-edge MS + security environments.
