The Administrator will also have local duties at their physical sites to oversee all hands-on tasks for IT technology residing on premises. Duties will include some supervision of other IT staff members, as well as Systems Management for operational applications. The position requires someone with medium level IT support skills and a desire to learn more, plus a motivated sense of customer service and care./p pstrongCompensation/strong: $30.45 - $36.45/hour. /p pstrongEssential Responsibilities and Duties:/strong/p ul liActs as escalation point of contact (L2) for any IT issue within the CenExel family of companies in concert with other national IT team members./li liTakes lead on managing overall IT issues from beginning to end, on a day to day basis, including supervising and directing other team members on priorities, open items, and potential solutions./li liWorks with staff for training on use of computer systems, security, and software./li liLocally, takes responsibility for any non-enterprise or non-remote systems, such as badge or camera systems./li liLocally, provides any needed hands-on IT assistance, especially to assist L1 technicians in situations of high volume or insufficient knowledge./li liWorks with external IT network provider in identifying network and infrastructure issues./li liInitiates the escalation of tickets and calls as needed to Director, network provider, telecom vendors, or other personnel, retaining ownership throughout escalation process./li liTakes lead role and assist team members with issues in multiple offices./li liOversees the IT processes for Onboarding and offboarding employees./li liMaintains confidentiality of company information and study subject information per HIPAA regulations./li liMaintains confidentiality of IT passwords and other crucial IT information./li liMaintains other IT and IT-related systems as assigned./li liAssumes other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
