Job Overview: Green Project is looking for an experienced Azure Cloud & DevOps Engineer to implement, deploy, and maintain our Azure-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. This role is key to ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient delivery of our application, which leverages Azure Functions and MS SQL. The ideal candidate is hands-on with Azure services, infrastructure as code, and modern DevOps practices. Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage Azure infrastructure using Bicep and other IaC tools. Maintain and optimize cloud environments aligned with architectural designs. Deploy new infrastructure patterns and manage system upgrades. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or equivalent) to support frequent, reliable software releases. Collaborate with development teams to integrate and deploy Serverless Functions and C# .Net/MS SQL-based applications, using Azure App Services and other Azure services. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize infrastructure performance, security, and cost efficiency. Ensure best practices in Azure security, networking, and scalability. Requirements: 5+ years’ experience as a Cloud Engineer or DevOps Engineer in Azure environments. Strong knowledge of Azure Bicep and Infrastructure as Code principles. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, MS SQL, and related Azure services. Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitHub Actions). Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes on Azure). Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python). Understanding of monitoring, logging, and alerting tools in Azure. Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills. Nice-to-haves: Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-400, AZ-204). Experience with DevSecOps and automated testing in pipelines. Passionate about sustainability, decarbonization, or other ESG-related concepts Familiarity with SOC2 and related security standards Salary range: The base pay range for this position is $110,000-$135,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
