Network/Systems Administrator Location: Bloomington, MN (Hybrid after 90 days) Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire or Contract Compensation: $40/hour - $50/hour (DOE) Key Responsibilities: • Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments. • Manage and maintain Active Directory and Microsoft 365 infrastructure. • Support and configure VMware environments (moving away from VMware over time). • Understand firewall administration, ideally with SonicWall experience (vendor-managed in the future). • Assist with switch configuration and management as needed. • Monitor and maintain endpoint security, including CrowdStrike. • Collaborate with IT leadership to improve systems and processes across the organization. • Participate in on-call rotation once every five weeks (post-conversion). Qualifications: Required: • Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration • Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 • Basic understanding of networking and switch administration • Experience with VMware environments Preferred (Nice to Have): • Familiarity with SonicWall firewall configuration • Exposure to endpoint security tools like CrowdStrike • Previous experience supporting a multi-site organization
