Overview Job Summary Perform the installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of networks and computer systems. Set up user accounts on organization's servers. Run necessary system backups. Provide technical support and troubleshoot problems on local area networks (LAN) and data networks using Microsoft operating systems. May perform some programming and may be responsible for script writing. Perform other duties as assigned. Specifications Experience Minimum Required • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Preferred/Desired • 9 or more years of relevant experience. Education Minimum Required • Appropriate IS Education/Training or Bachelor's Degree or higher (in related field). Preferred/Desired • Bachelor's Degree or higher (in related field). Training Minimum Required Preferred/Desired Special Skills Minimum Required • Aptitude and skill in communicating and performing the techniques of information systems assessments. Preferred/Desired • Proven experience that demonstrates advanced knowledge of complex computer design and support. Licensure Minimum Required • DRIVER'S LICENSE (CURRENT) Preferred/Desired
