Job Description & Key Responsibilities: • Seeking a highly skilled and versatile Network Infrastructure Systems Administrator Team Lead to support enterprise-class data centers and ensure seamless network operations. • This role focuses on ensuring high availability and performance of network infrastructure while contributing to game-day success. • The ideal candidate will be a proactive and adaptable professional with a passion for innovation, an ability to multitask and reprioritize in real-time and a commitment to delivering excellence in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. • This candidate will be proficient in networking and network security but should also have experience working on servers and cloud as this team will be supporting a wide array of technologies to support the company infrastructure and game day operations. • Responsible for Network Operations including, monitor, triage, and resolve network incidents involving circuits, fiber optics, and broadcast environments. • Support broadcast network troubleshooting, including troubleshooting multicast networking, video streaming, and fiber optic lighting in broadcast systems. • Infrastructure Management, Configure, manage, and maintain network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls. • System monitoring, including leveraging platforms such as SolarWinds and DataDog to ensure network reliability and performance. • Lead network-related incident management and incident resolution, ensuring SLAs are met and escalating issues when necessary. • Implement Security Best Practices and support secure networking solutions, ensuring robust protection in on-premise and cloud environments. • Create and maintain detailed network documentation, including topology maps and procedures for troubleshooting. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology with a minimum of 10 years of relevant hands-on experience, or equivalent (~15 years) relevant hands-on experience; Along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in leading or managing diverse technical or Network Operations teams • Demonstrated expertise in a complex, multisite environment. • Strong experience in NOC and Data Center environments troubleshooting (Cisco, Palo Alto, Meraki) using the ServiceNow ticketing system. • Experience with BGP/OSPF, Spanning Tree. • Strong experience and abilities with VMware • Experience with modern Windows and Linux Servers, including patching experience and proficiency in Python and PowerShell scripting to automate network operations • Hands-on experience with firewalls, routing protocols, and network monitoring tools like SolarWinds. • Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting broadcast network systems, including video streaming technologies and fiber optics. • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to dynamic priorities. Preferred Qualifications: • CCNA, CCNP (or equivalent) ITIL and technical certifications in, servers and/ or cloud is highly preferred • Familiarity with automation tools and scripting for network management. • Understanding of multicast networking and video encoding technologies. • Experience configuring and managing monitoring platforms like SolarWinds. • Experience with VMware ESX, VMware ESXI servers. • Experience supporting and troubleshoot virtualization, containerization, Rubrik backups. • Familiarity with cloud-based networking solutions in AWS, Azure, or O365 environments. • Knowledge of infrastructure capacity planning and performance tuning. • Hands on experience with Linux & Linux Servers. • Experience with advanced video streaming technologies and CDNs. • Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration for managing distributed applications.
