Role Profile As a Microsoft Business Applications AI Solution Architect you will be involved in designing, developing, and implementing solutions that leverage Microsoft's Business Applications platform (Dynamics 365, Power Platform) along with AI and cloud technologies. Through your deep technical skills and consulting experience, you will ensure that requirements are adequately met and provide a range of advisory services extending the Microsoft Business Applications with innovative AI solutions. This role requires a blend of strong technical expertise, strategic thinking and leadership skills. Responsibilities: • Creating and implementing AI-powered solutions using Microsoft's Business Applications platform, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and Copilot Studio • Working with AI models, Azure AI services (Cognitive Services, Machine Learning, Bot Services), and other AI technologies to enhance business processes and create intelligent applications • Thorough experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules and solid understanding of the Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Copilot • Ability to design and architect in D365 and Power Platform solutions using Model Driven Apps, Dataverse, Cloud Flows, Power BI, Hands-on experience working with multiple data sources including Dataverse (CDS), SQL/Azure SQL, SharePoint, and other connectors • Experience with Power Automate Desktop RPA, AI Builder technologies, PowerApps integration with Azure API Apps and REST services, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents and its customization and deployment, Dynamics 365 customizations • Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Dynamics 365 integrations to provide enhanced analytics and reporting capabilities using Link to Fabric, OneLake, Dataverse, PowerBI, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Data Factory • Experience with Microsoft Copilot integrations with Dynamics 365 to provide AI-powered assistance across various business functions, including sales, service, supply chain, and finance • Strong understanding of Azure DevOps and experience deploying solutions, handling release pipelines, branching strategies • Proficiency in X++, Data Management(DIXF), SSRS, Security framework • Ability to configure DevOps pipeline for automated Power Platform deployments, create custom connectors, PCF controls for Power Platform. • Creates an enterprise-wide architecture that ensures systems are scalable, reliable, and manageable. • Manages application assets and directs the development efforts within an enterprise to improve solution delivery and agility • Guides how to construct and assemble application components and services to support solution architecture and application development • Maintains the frameworks and artifacts used in the implementation of an application, with reference to the architecture of the overall application portfolio Technical Skills & Knowledge: Highly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize workloads in a rapidly changing environment.
