Job Title: Sr. Developer – Power Apps and Power Automate Location: Nashville, TN Duration: Long-Term Visa - US citizen & GC Only Key Responsibilities: 1. · Design and develop responsive Power Apps 2. · Automate business processes using Power Automate (Flow) and integrate with external data sources. 3. · Build and maintain Common Data Service (Dataverse) entities and relationships. 4. · Connect Power Apps and Power Automate with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, SQL Server, Outlook, and other services. 5. · Collaborate with functional leads and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. 6. · Follow best practices in governance, security, performance, and solution lifecycle management. 7. · Maintain documentation, perform testing and support deployment to production. Required Skills & Qualifications: · 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). · Strong development skills in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven). · Expertise in creating automated workflows using Power Automate and integrating with APIs and third-party connectors. · Strong understanding of SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 services, and Dataverse. · Proficiency in Power Fx formulas, expressions, and logic building. · Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and PowerShell scripting is a plus. · Familiarity with version control tools such as Azure DevOps or GitHub. · Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
