RGP seeking a skilled and proactive Power Platform Developer with hands-on experience in InfoPath to support the modernization of legacy forms. This role involves converting existing InfoPath forms into dynamic, user-friendly Power Apps solutions that integrate seamlessly with SharePoint Online. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of form logic, data connections, and SharePoint architecture. What you will work on • Analyze and assess existing InfoPath forms and workflows. • Design and develop Power Apps solutions to replicate and enhance InfoPath functionality. • Ensure all forms are optimized for performance, usability, and mobile responsiveness. • Integrate Power Apps with SharePoint lists, libraries, and other data sources. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate form functionality. • Provide documentation, training, and support for end-users and administrators. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to form migration and integration. What you will bring • Proven experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. • Strong background in InfoPath form development and migration. • Proficiency in SharePoint Online, including list/library management and permissions. • Experience with Dataverse, SQL, or other data connectors is a plus. • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
