**Job Family** **:** Data Science Consulting • *Travel Required** **:** Up to 10% • *Clearance Required** **:** Active Secret • *What You Will Do** **:** We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our growing Defense & Intelligence practice, with a dedicated focus on AI & Data Modernization programs. This individual will be a hands-on technical contributor, responsible for designing and implementing scalable data pipelines & products and interactive dashboards that enable federal clients to achieve mission outcomes, operational efficiency, and digital transformation. This is a strategic delivery role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data engineering, cloud platforms, and public sector analytics. Client Leadership and Delivery: + Collaborate with clients to understand data architecture and reporting needs. + Ensure delivery excellence and measurable outcomes across data modernization programs, in support of clients’ financial management objectives. Solution Development & Innovation + Lead the development of ETL pipelines in DataBricks and/or Palantir software, with Python, Spark, and SQL. + Develop and operate AI & Data solutions in DataBricks and/or Palantir software, with Python, Spark, and SQL. + Design and operate dashboard integrations using Databricks, Qlik, and Microsoft Power Platform. + Develop and optimize Tableau dashboards aligned with federal reporting standards. + Apply AI/ML tools to automate metadata extraction, clustering, and dashboard scripting. • *What You Will Need** **:** + An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance + Bachelor's Degree + THREE (3) years of relevant data and/or business data analytics engineering experience • *What Would Be Nice To Have** **:** + AI/LLM Certifications or Data Analytics degrees. + Experience working with Defense & Intelligence clients + Experience working in Advana or Palantir software + Familiarity with federal contracting and procurement processes • *What We Offer** **:** Guidehouse offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflects our commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.
