Our client in the healthcare industry is seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join their IT team. In this hands-on role, you’ll manage and maintain IT infrastructure, core business applications, and system security to ensure reliable operations across the organization. This position will also have the opportunity to work and grow into System Admin projects. Key Responsibilities • Install, configure, and support servers, networks, and applications. • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maximize uptime. • Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, and Azure environments. • Support virtualization, VOIP, video conferencing, and end-user devices. • Maintain accurate documentation and promote IT best practices. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, plus 4+ years of professional IT experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience). • Strong background in Microsoft Server OS, Hyper-V, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365. • Familiarity with VOIP, SQL, SharePoint, Teams, and video conferencing tools. • Experience working with both on-premises infrastructure and cloud-based data service platforms.
