Deep experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including: Power Automate (Flow & Desktop) Power Virtual Agents Power Apps Strong working knowledge of Azure Automation, Logic Apps, and Managed Identities. Good understanding of Power Automate licensing and best practices for automating business workflows. Development/scripting experience using: PowerShell (primary) Bash Microsoft Graph API Python RESTful and other 3rd-party APIs Experience with identity federation and access control using SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and Microsoft Entra ID. Intermediate written and spoken English is required. Responsibilities: Administer and maintain core Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Intune, and OneDrive. Design, develop, and maintain Power Platform automation and low-code/no-code solutions (Power Automate, Power Apps, Virtual Agents). Create and manage Azure Automation Runbooks, Logic Apps, and custom scripts to support business and operational needs. Implement automation for identity lifecycle management, user onboarding/offboarding, and compliance workflows. Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot API integrations with external systems and internal services. Ensure documentation of all automations, scripts, and configuration changes. Experience with Google Workspace administration. Nice to Have: Microsoft Power Platform Certification (PL-900 or higher). Microsoft 365 certifications (MS-100, MS-101, SC-series, AZ-series) or equivalent knowledge. Familiarity with Microsoft Purview: Sensitivity Labels, DLP, eDiscovery, Insider Risk Management.
