The workers responsibilities and skills must include: • Creates a well-informed Microsoft M365, Power Platforms, and Azure strategy. • Determines M365 and Power Platforms requirements by analyzing business operations, applications, and security; reviewing business objectives; and evaluating current systems. • Obtains M365 requirements, develops and implements designs for new projects, and maintains existing designs and architectures. • Caretaker of the low-code Power Platforms strategy, communicates and coordinates effort of CoE governance team, and ensures the Microsoft Power Platform strategy is aligned with the organizational goals. • Administers and manages the M365 and Microsoft Power Platform per the established environmental strategy, setting up policies, managing users, managing capacity, and licensing. • Continuously updates the CoE releases and manages the TxDOT Governance Hub for Power Platform. • Implements corresponding M365 and Power Platform changes to support and ensures that new designs conform to standards and guidelines; are consistent, normalized, and perform as required; and are secure from unauthorized access or update. • Reviews changes, realizing their impacts on M365 and Power Platform architecture, and ensures that the impacts are communicated to appropriate parties. • Establishes measures to chart progress related to the completeness and quality for enterprise usage; and to improve performance. • Communicate and collaborate in a professional and timely manner. • Performs related work as assigned. Minimum (Required): Years Skills/Experience • 4-7 Azure AD • 4-7 Managing M365 technologies: Exchange, Power Platforms, Teams, SharePoint • 4-7 Creating Microsoft M365 strategies • 4-7 Scoping M365 implementation projects • 4-7 Power Platforms, Power Apps, Flows, Power BI Preferred (Optional): Years Skills/Experience • 3 Overseeing and working with vendors • 3 Project work • 3 Familiarity with ServiceNow / Ticketing System • 3 Ability to follow complex workflow Process Bachelor's Degree with at least 1 year of work experience
