JOB SUMMARY: Join our dynamic team as a DevOps Solutions Architect & Technical Delivery Lead, where you will drive innovative solution design, infrastructure automation, and agile execution. This role is the perfect blend of technical architecture and collaborative DevOps practices, enabling you to lead delivery planning and execution while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders. Architecture & DevOps Execution • Design cloud-native architectures that are scalable and secure, adhering to engineering best practices across web, native mobile, and backend services. • Lead the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and contribute to infrastructure as code (IaC) and observability solutions. • Own the DevOps roadmap, collaborating with developers and infrastructure teams to enhance system reliability and delivery speeds. Agile Delivery & Coordination • Facilitate weekly prioritization sessions to effectively manage incoming engineering requests. • Guide estimation processes for new tickets and clarify technical requirements. • Maintain a well-structured backlog in GitHub Projects with clear priorities. • Coordinate sprint activities to ensure seamless execution and delivery. Product Collaboration • Act as a bridge between engineering and product management, translating initiatives into actionable technical tickets. • Provide insights into technical feasibility during product planning and roadmap discussions. • Ensure alignment of engineering work with product priorities and timelines. Leadership & Communication • Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement. • Participate actively in architectural reviews, incident retrospectives, and strategy sessions. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY Education/Experience (required) • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • 7+ years in a technical architecture role with DevOps & infrastructure experience. • Strong expertise with Azure, CI/CD, IaC (Terraform, ARM), and GitHub. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices, sprint planning, and backlog management. • Proficient in scripting with PowerShell or Bash. Preferred • Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert). • Experience with GitHub Projects and automation/actions. • Background in product-facing engineering or technical program management. • Understanding of cost management, security, and compliance in cloud environments. Competencies: • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Ability to interpret varied instructions. • Capable of leading architectural planning and delivery coordination. • Exemplary planning, organization, and time management skills. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate closely with product managers. • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively at all levels. • Ability to adapt to changes within the environment. • Commitment to customer service and results orientation.
