Job Details Job Location: 255 W BURR BLVD - KEARNEYSVILLE, WV Salary Range: Undisclosed Description Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and accountable Team Coordinator to oversee daily team operations, manage staffing and scheduling, and ensure production goals are met efficiently. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and providing direct support to team members to keep processes running smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to driving team performance. Key Responsibilities: -Ensure attendance and accountability standards are met by all team members. -Manage team schedules and attendance, including tracking and reporting absences or tardiness. -Communicate and collaborate with other Team Coordinators to adjust staffing levels based on production goals and workflow changes. -Delegate tasks appropriately across the team, ensuring alignment with skills, roles, and deadlines. -Monitor team progress and hold members accountable for meeting assigned deadlines and daily production targets. • Review production reports regularly and discuss performance, challenges, and improvement strategies with team leaders. • Work closely with the purchasing department to maintain adequate stock levels, avoiding interruptions to production. • Support team morale and productivity through effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving. • Maintain organized records of team activities, performance metrics, and communications. Qualifications Requirements -Proven experience in a coordination, team leadership, or supervisory role, preferably in a production or operations environment. -Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. -Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and team collaboration tools (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Teams, or similar). -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. -Experience working with production data and reports is a plus. -Understanding of inventory levels and basic purchasing processes is preferred. -High attention to detail and strong sense of accountability.
