Job Title: Administrator IT Services 3 – Migration Location: Onsite – San Antonio, TX Contract Duration: Through 07/20/2026 Summary: This is a senior-level IT role focused on Windows 11 migration, systems imaging, patching, automation, and application deployment using tools like PowerShell, MECM/SCCM, and Intune. The role involves designing, maintaining, and supporting infrastructure, software packages, and endpoint management systems within a large enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automating imaging, patching, and deployments. • Build and manage OS images, task sequences, and software packages using MECM/SCCM/Intune. • Lead Windows 11 upgrade and migration efforts. • Support enterprise application installs and configurations; troubleshoot and optimize performance. • Provide Tier 3 technical support and mentor Tier 2 techs. • Coordinate with internal teams and users to gather packaging requirements and schedule deployments. • Monitor and report on patching, deployments, licensing, inventory, and compliance. • Administer tools including Intune, SCCM, Citrix VDI, M365, SharePoint, SAM, and MDM solutions. • Document technical procedures, deployment plans, and tickets in ServiceNow. • Prepare CAB change records and ensure all processes follow compliance and risk standards. • Train and mentor staff; contribute to project and process improvement initiatives. Technical Skills – Must Have: • PowerShell scripting • Windows 11 OS deployment & migration • SCCM/MECM, Intune, M365 Suite • Software packaging, imaging, patching • Citrix VDI, SharePoint • Software Asset Management (SAM), Mobile Device Management (MDM) • ServiceNow ticketing and change management • Familiarity with Group Policy, AD, and certificate services Preferred Skills: • Certifications (ITIL, Microsoft, etc.) • SAP or utility/construction software experience • Tools: MBAM, LAPS, WSUS, MDT, SNOW • Knowledge of SQL, SSRS, Power BI, IIS, and scripting Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field • Proven experience in IT systems administration, asset management, and enterprise software support • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities • Comfortable working independently or with minimal supervision • Able to interface with leadership and cross-functional teams Work Environment: • Office-based; occasional after-hours or travel may be required • Involves sitting, standing, and lifting up to 20 lbs Company DescriptionOverview TechLink Systems is a national provider of staffing services with offices all over the USA as well as development and support centers globally.
