We invite you to become a key player in our Global DevOps Center of Excellence as a Senior DevOps CI/CD Engineer. In this vital role, you will focus on designing and maintaining high-quality CI/CD YAML templates and implementing rigorous stage gate controls for our pipeline ecosystem. Your contributions will be essential in promoting standardization, security, and automation across our global development teams. Responsibilities: • Design, maintain, and govern reusable CI/CD YAML templates to enhance global team effectiveness. • Implement and manage stage gates to ensure quality, security, and compliance within pipelines. • Collaborate effectively with InfoSec, QA, and Development teams to align pipelines with organizational policies. • Champion the adoption of DevOps best practices and pipeline governance throughout various business units. • Troubleshoot complex pipeline issues, providing support to global development teams. • Mentor and guide teams on DevOps standards and the optimization of CI/CD processes. Qualifications: • Minimum of 8 years in DevOps, with profound expertise in CI/CD pipeline engineering. • Proficient in using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Jenkins. • Exceptional experience in authoring and managing complex YAML-based pipeline templates. • Knowledge in integrating stage gates (e.g., security scans, approvals) into CI/CD workflows. • Strong scripting skills in languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python, along with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) expertise. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels.
