Key Responsibilities Soft Skills • Work independently to analyze user needs and develop effective solutions. • Maintain detailed and organized documentation. • Demonstrate adaptability and teamwork in a hybrid work environment. • Communicate technical details clearly to clients and management. • Troubleshoot incidents ranging from simple to complex. • Respond to escalations in accordance with SLAs. • Contribute to infrastructure design and project implementation. • Maintain a customer-focused, service-oriented approach. Network Skills • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, network protocols, load balancing, and network architecture. • Configure, maintain, and upgrade firewalls, VPNs, switches, routers, and wireless access points. • Support WAN and cloud networking environments. • Apply cybersecurity best practices to ensure network integrity. Server Skills • Manage and monitor Microsoft servers (2012–2025) both on-site and at client locations. • Administer Active Directory, Office 365, and line-of-business applications. • Upgrade and maintain server hardware and software. • Execute infrastructure projects for clients. User Support • Provide phone, remote, and on-site desktop and mobile support. • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows PCs, laptops, and peripheral devices. • Maintain detailed records of client systems and configurations. Requirements • Excellent customer service, patience, and communication skills. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in fast-paced environments. • Experience with Windows Server, Office 365, Azure, or AWS. • Ability to collaborate on maintaining and upgrading PC, Mac, and network systems. • Perform hardware/software maintenance, break/fix repairs, and warranty work. • Coordinate with vendors to resolve technical issues. Additional Qualifications • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. • Availability for on-call rotations and occasional after-hours/weekend work. Preferred (Not Required): • Microsoft or A+ Certification. • Experience with Active Directory migrations. • Familiarity with Windows 7/10/11, macOS, Android. • Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, VBScript) and SNMP/network management.
