Description: Manage and maintain the virtualized IT infrastructure to ensure its stability, performance, and security. Administer on-prem and cloud hosted environments, resolving virtualization-related issues, and supporting NCUA IT initiatives. Oversight of on-prem hardware infrastructure (e.g., servers and storage), the on-prem hypervisor environment (e.g., VMWare, vSphere), and CSP infrastructure hosted in Microsoft Azure. Contributes to the automation oof infrastructure deployment and the integration of IaC into CI/CD pipelines. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 3-5 yrs experience in virtualization administration, with a focus on VMware, Hyper-V, or similar technologies. Demonstrated experience in managing and troubling shooting VMware vSphere environments; supporting virtualization infrastructure in Microsoft Azure; automating IT administration and server provisioning using tools such as: Azure, Azure DevOps, Azure Automation, Azure CLI, PowerShell and VMWare PowerCLI, Terraforms or similar IaC tools; integrating infrastructure management tools with APIs to enable deployment of Infrastructure as Code integrated into CI/CD deployment pipelines. Certifications: VMware Certified Professional (VCP) and Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate preferred
