MicroTech Systems - IT Systems Administrator - Level 3 MicroTech Systems is seeking an IT Systems Administrator - Level 3 to join our team in Boise, Idaho. This role involves supporting complex network architecture, Windows Servers, Microsoft 365, security applications, scripting, automation, and other IT support tasks related to client systems and networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, solid analytical skills, and proven problem-solving experience. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for communicating with clients and supporting IT projects. Requirements: Minimum of an Associate's degree in Applied Science (Computer / Network) or equivalent preferred MSP experience preferred Six years of related technical support experience, including but not limited to: Advanced network design and architecture Expertise in infrastructure installation, configuration, and troubleshooting: Internet, Firewall, Switch, and Wi-Fi VLAN installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting Expertise in Microsoft server and application migrations Hypervisor installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting SAN installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting O365 migrations, administration, troubleshooting Scripting and PowerShell proficiency Python experience preferred API experience preferred Other desired skills include being technically savvy, strong time management, troubleshooting, and the ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical audiences. Maintaining professionalism is also crucial.
