Position: BI Developer Compensation: $110k-$128k (DOE) Location: Denver, Colorado Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled BI Developer to join their team! Join a dynamic team as a BI Developer, where you'll be at the forefront of business intelligence initiatives. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead Power BI projects, working closely with stakeholders to transform raw data into actionable insights. The company is looking to enhance its reporting capabilities and needs a proactive individual to drive these efforts. Key Responsibilities & Duties: • Lead Power BI business reporting and process analysis • Build dashboards for real-time visibility into KPIs • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements • Design and maintain Power BI reports • Integrate data from multiple sources into unified solutions • Automate recurring reports for efficiency • Ensure data governance and security best practices • Provide training and support on BI tools Required Qualifications & Experience: • 3–5 years of experience as a BI Developer or Data Analyst • Bachelor’s degree in a related field • Strong expertise in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query • Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases • Experience with ETL processes and data integration Nice to Have Skills & Experience: • Familiarity with Spotfire • Experience with cloud data platforms, Azure preferred • Strong problem-solving skills Perks & Benefits: • This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.
