Employment Type: Full-time, In-Person Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 per year About Us: SK Shieldus America is the U.S. subsidiary of SK Shieldus, a global leader in security services. We provide comprehensive solutions covering Information Security (Cybersecurity), Operational Technology Security (OT Security), and Office Automation (OA) operations support. We are seeking motivated and skilled professionals to join our team as we continue to expand our security operations and strengthen support for SK affiliates and other clients in the U.S. Job Responsibilities: • Act as the first point of contact for incoming cybersecurity support requests. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to security equipment (e.g., firewall, VPN, endpoint protection, media/device control, email security gateways). • Conduct routine system health checks and basic maintenance of security appliances. • Support installation, configuration, and updates of security devices. Qualifications: • Native proficiency in Korean, strong English communication skills for collaboration and reporting. • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field (preferred). • Hands-on experience in IT/OT security or OA operations is a plus. • Professional certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, ITIL, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
