Create the specific analytics platform design at our client using technology platforms/enablers such as Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, Tableau, PowerBI as agreed/aligned with a nod towards AI/ML/GenAI enablement Ensure solutions are designed with integrity; not violating any copyright, governance or regulatory practices Collaborate with Analytics Strategy Consultant and COE Solutions Architect to infuse bespoke architecture through the techno-functional requirements Communicate system requirements and specifications to key stakeholders enabling delivery teams to meet customer expectations Provide ongoing technical leadership advisory oversight to delivery teams and stakeholder data consumers Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues when they arise Monitor and optimize the ongoing quality, performance and security of the client's analytics platform We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. To learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: . 8+ years of progressing data processing architecture within an Azure cloud-based transaction processing environment preferably within the healthcare insurance industry 4+ years of cloud-based development using cloud-native services such as Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse with a nod towards an integrated data governance foundation in Purview or Unity (or the equivalent enablers) 4+ years of demonstrated experience in building fit-for-purpose analytics data platforms 3+ years transitioning/modernizing data exchange as required to meet platform accuracy and timeliness objectives 2+ years leading/working within data engineering teams (hybrid or offshore preferred)
