Job Summary As the Executive & Customer Service Team Lead, you’ll play a key role at the heart of our daily operations. You will oversee club rental and tee time reservations, manage administrative tasks, lead and mentor our customer service team, and ensure we deliver exceptional service at every touchpoint. This position is ideal for an organized, proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic, team-focused environment. Key Responsibilities • Oversee and manage club rental reservations, cancellations, refunds and guest accounts • Book tee times and facilitate club rental reservations. • Lead, mentor, and support the customer service team to ensure high performance and professional growth. • Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex guest service issues promptly and professionally. • Manage daily operations to ensure efficient workflows and high-quality customer interactions. • Maintain accurate inventory, orders, deliveries, and ensure POS system accuracy. • Perform and organize various administrative tasks • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members. • Professionally handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence. • Foster a warm, welcoming environment for all clients, visitors, and team members. • Utilize Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for daily tasks and record-keeping. Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or supervisory role (hospitality industry experience preferred). • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. • Proven experience leading or mentoring a team. • Excellent organizational, clerical, and time management skills with keen attention to detail. • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone etiquette. • Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications. • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well in a team environment. • Golf knowledge is a plus but not required.
