Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the customer service department in our Golf Shop, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and organizational skills, along with a passion for leading and developing a high-performing team.
