**Overview:** Mapjects is seeking an experienced IT Administrator to manage our Windows servers and provide technical support to our team. As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and communicating effectively with clients. **Responsibilities:** • Manage Windows servers, including setting up clusters, domain controllers, web servers, and updating and securing them • Troubleshoot and upgrade Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Enterprise Messaging software • Evaluate and install patches, and resolve software-related problems • Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions • Provide technical support for system or IT software-related issues • *Qualifications:** • Intermediate knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, and Enterprise Messaging Software • Experience with Windows 2k12 (VM's) setup and management • *Benefits:** Competitive compensation package, flexible work arrangements (Raleigh or Eagan, MN), and opportunities for professional growth and development
