Title: System Administrator Architect Location: Dallas, TX- Locals Only - Fully onsite 5 days a week from DAY 1 - no exceptions Term: Contract Mandatory Skills:- System Administration exp (7+ Years with Active directory , Entra ID ,Windows and VMware) and Cloud Enterprise Architecture Description of Services: • Windows Server, Azure Architect and Administration, VMWare, Hands-on-experience with HP & Dell Servers, DC operations - 60% • Active Directory, VMware to Cloud Migration expertise & Automation (PowerShell / Ansible / Terraform), DNS and Group policy management - 40% • ITIL framework and Good communication skills. Good to have: • Experience/knowledge on Citrix, Microsoft Entra ID, SCCM • Azure VDI and AWS workspaces. Deliverables: • Expertise and Architect in Windows Server Administration, VMWare, Azure Architect and Administration, Citrix and Active Directory. • Proven expertise in designing and architecting domain consolidation projects, Cloud Virtual Machines landscape and Landing zones. • Design and architect a global Active Directory Infrastructure, including, design and implementation of Group Policy, domain consolidation for large scale organizations. • Design and Architect VMWare solutioning and able to handle On-prem to cloud migration projects. • SME level support on Windows, VMware, Cloud Infrastructure and advanced troubleshooting as mandatory • Install, Manage, Configure, Decommissioning of all Azure IAAS components including Compute, storage, network, Cloud cost management. • Experience in installing, Configuring & Trouble shooting ESXi including provisioning, VM builds, Configuring and Managing Virtual Switches, Data stores • Collaborate and communicates with architects with internal departments and vendor partners, Client Partners and able to deliver the solution on Cloud\VMWare\Windows Servers. • Experience in DC Ops, Data rooms and Hardware solutioning with storage skills on Pure & HP MSA. • Managing VMware (or Hyper V) cluster, HA, FT and DRS, DR using VMWare SRM in the environment • Performing Snapshots, Cloning, Cold Migrations and Hot Migrations, patch management activities • Automation using Powershell, Ansible, Terraform • Plan and execute Active Directory Domain level upgrades. • Plan and design Group Policy Objects as requested to ensure compliance of company policies for servers and user end-point devices. • Troubleshoot and resolve Active Directory, GPO, Active Directory Federated Services, and password/identity management systems.
