Jackson James, have partnered with an end-user in North Carolina, who are looking for a Lead D365 Finance & Operations Business Analyst. This person will be the go-to person for all things ERP related. Responsibilities • Configure, optimize, and maintain Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations, particularly key financial modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Project Accounting). • Provide hands-on training and guidance to end users, driving adoption and maximizing system value. • Serve as the key liaison between Finance and Technology, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and implemented successfully. Requirements: • 4+ years’ experience with D365 F&O • Experience configuring and optimizing the financial modules, including GL, AP, AR, Project Accounting • Capable of delivering relevant training • Strong ability to act as the bridge between the finance and the implementation team to ensure business goals are met • Strong communication skills Additional information: • Full-time or C2H flexibility • 401K match • Competitive medical insurance package • Only US Citizens or Green Card holders will be considered
