Position: D365 Business Systems Analyst (Hybrid) Business Systems Analyst For D365 Incident Management Support And Small Enhancements As a Business Systems Analyst for D365, you will be responsible for providing incident management support and implementing small enhancements for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. You will work closely with business users and IT teams to troubleshoot, resolve, and prevent issues that affect the functionality and performance of the D365 applications, as well as develop and implement minor system improvements. You will also document incidents, root causes, and solutions, while offering recommendations for platform enhancements and best practices. Job Responsibilities : • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents related to the D365 platform • Coordinate with business users and IT teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and small enhancements, minimizing impact on business operations. • Monitor and report on incident management metrics such as incident volume, severity, resolution time, and customer satisfaction. • Document incident details, root causes, and solutions; maintain incident management database and knowledge base. • Support platform enhancements, upgrades, and migrations. • Identify and implement preventive measures and best practices to reduce incidents. • Provide training and guidance on D365 platform functionality and incident management processes. • Support project lifecycle activities from requirements gathering to post-implementation evaluation. Job Requirements : • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. • 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis or incident management. • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365, including Finance and Operations, Customer Engagement, and Power Platform. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. • Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks. • Dynamics 365 or ITIL certification is a plus. Incentives include a target bonus of 10% annual MIP, contingent on contributions and company performance.
