Business Analyst – Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Charlotte, NC | Full-Time | $60,000–$75,000 Hiring a Business Analyst to support and enhance our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) system. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and IT teams to troubleshoot system issues, improve reporting, and help drive process improvements. What You’ll Do: • Support D365 users and troubleshoot ERP issues, especially during month-end close • Assist in system enhancements, testing, and user training • Create and maintain reports, documentation, and user manuals • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements • Maintain SOX-compliant user access and monitor audit reports What We’re Looking For: • 1–2 years in a Business Analyst, Application Support, or ERP role • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 F&O strongly preferred) • Understanding of finance/accounting processes (AP/AR, asset management, etc.) • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field Company DescriptionZobility (RGBSI), is dedicated to providing the highest quality of services to our clients and employees.
