Are you the go-to tech wizard in your circle? Were expanding our IT team and are looking for a hands-on, solution-focused, and enthusiastic IT Systems Administrator to support our 17 locations and corporate headquarters. Resolve and respond to Help Desk tickets promptly to ensure smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, systems, and servers. • Administer Microsoft 365 and Linux IT environments. • Assist with deploying and implementing new hardware, software, and systems. • Develop and document new procedures and processes. • Support existing IT systems and assist in designing and building new integrations. • Follow service, operational, and support procedures. • Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Previous experience in Help Desk, IT Support, or System Administration roles. Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Linux environments. Familiarity with VMware, backup tools like Veeam, and relational databases (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL). Scripting experience with Bash, PowerShell, or Python is a strong asset.
