Desired Skills/Experience: • Junior Level Windows Administration Experience including Office365 operations and support with a focus on MS Outlook email support; Experience with Active Directory is preferred • Experience supporting Microsoft type products: Teams, SharePoint, D365 or similar • Experience with basic Windows Active Directory Commands (mostly for MS Outlook interfacing) • Experience supporting external end users that are both technical and non-technical with a focus on both networking and applications support. Pluses: • Comp TIA+ and/or Microsoft Certifications and/or IT Security Certifications. • MS Azure Support or Junior Level Azure Administration experience.
