STAND 8 Technology Consulting is seeking experienced Senior Desktop Support Technicians for a Windows 11 migration project in Los Altos, California. The role involves troubleshooting, device management, and providing technical support during the migration process.
STAND 8 provides end to end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States and with offices in Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, Atlanta, and more including internationally in Mexico and India. We are seeking experienced and self-motivated Senior Desktop Support Technicians to support a large-scale Windows 11 migration project. Candidates should have strong expertise in desktop operating systems, device management, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities • Perform Windows 11 upgrades and full reimages using Intune MDM • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to the migration • Ensure proper configuration and compliance of devices in a cloud-managed environment • Provide responsive technical support to end-users throughout the migration process • Document procedures, issues, and resolutions for future reference Qualifications • Strong expertise in Windows 11 and Microsoft Intune MDM • Advanced troubleshooting and desktop imaging experience • Knowledge of mobile device management and cloud-based IT tools • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision Additional Details The base range for this contract position is $19-29/per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
