Summary: PWR Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud-native deployments. The role is critical for delivering scalable, secure, and resilient applications while collaborating with development, QA, operations, and security teams. Location: Onsite (No C2C, No C2H, No Remote) Key Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation. • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Harness, or similar tools. • Deploy and manage containerized applications via Docker and Kubernetes (using Helm, Rancher, Kustomize). • Manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, Datadog). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployments and operations. • Implement security best practices and conduct vulnerability assessments. • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and performance issues. • Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and tools. Requirements: • 5+ years of DevOps or related engineering experience. • Hands-on experience with Azure and/or GCP. • Strong proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration tools. • Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation). • Skilled in CI/CD processes and tools (GitHub Actions or equivalent). • Proficient in scripting (Bash or PowerShell) and Git workflows. • Familiarity with networking fundamentals (DNS, HTTP, SSL/TLS). • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
