Role: Devops Engineer Location: Dallas TX (Hybrid) Duration: Long term Job Summary Were looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team and help streamline our software development and deployment processes. Youll be responsible for building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines automating infrastructure and ensuring system reliability and scalability. Key Responsibilities • Design implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment • Manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform Ansible or CloudFormation • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across environments • Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery cycles • Implement security best practices and compliance checks in deployment workflows • Optimize cloud resources for performance and cost-efficiency • Automate repetitive tasks to improve team productivity • Maintain documentation for systems and processes Required Skills & Qualifications • Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins GitLab CI CircleCI) • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) • Strong scripting skills (Bash Python etc.) • Familiarity with containerization (Docker Kubernetes) • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus Grafana ELK stack) • Knowledge of configuration management tools (Chef Puppet Ansible) • Understanding of networking security and system administration • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
