Our client is a prominent telecommunications provider seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Solutions Architect to join their cutting-edge technology team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, US . This role is central to the design, development, and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure network infrastructure solutions that underpin our advanced communication services. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in telecommunications networking, including IP networking, wireless technologies, cloud networking, and network security. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into detailed technical designs, evaluating new technologies, and architecting solutions that enhance network performance, reliability, and efficiency. This involves creating high-level and low-level design documents, defining network architecture standards, and ensuring that all solutions meet stringent performance and security requirements. You will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and product management teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of network solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement complex network solutions for telecommunications services. Translate business and technical requirements into detailed network architecture designs. Evaluate, recommend, and integrate new network technologies and vendor solutions. Develop and maintain network architecture standards, policies, and procedures. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams for solution deployment. Ensure network solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, and cost-effective. Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide technical leadership. Create and deliver technical documentation, including design specifications and diagrams. Mentor junior network engineers and architects. Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the telecommunications industry. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in network architecture and design, with a focus on telecommunications. In-depth knowledge of IP networking (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF), MPLS, SD-WAN, and wireless technologies (4G/5G). Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and network security principles. Proven ability to design and implement large-scale, high-availability networks. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Strong technical documentation and presentation skills. Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCIE, JNCIE) are a plus.
