Our client is seeking an innovative and experienced Senior Network Solutions Architect to join their growing technology team. This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and managing complex telecommunications networks. Responsibilities: Design and architect robust, scalable, and secure network solutions for voice, data, and video services. Evaluate and select appropriate network hardware, software, and protocols to meet project requirements. Develop detailed network diagrams, configurations, and implementation plans. Oversee the deployment and integration of new network technologies and systems. Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide expert-level support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and product management, to define network strategies. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in telecommunications and networking. Conduct performance analysis and capacity planning to ensure optimal network operation. Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation. Mentor junior network engineers and provide technical guidance. Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and evaluate new vendor solutions. Ensure compliance with security policies and industry regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in network design, architecture, and implementation within the telecommunications industry. Deep expertise in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), switching technologies, and network security (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS). Proficiency with network virtualization technologies (e.g., SDN, NFV) and cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with wireless networking technologies (4G, 5G) and associated infrastructure. Strong understanding of network monitoring tools and methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate effectively in a hybrid work environment. Relevant industry certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, JNCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable.
