Role:- SAP Asset Management experience, SAP CRILink to Costar migration Developer Location:- Plano TX Mode of Hire:- FTE/Subcon We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Developer to support the migration of asset data from SAP CRILink to Costar. The role involves data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL), interface development, reconciliation, and validation to ensure seamless migration and integrity of asset information. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SAP Asset Management (AM/FI-AA) and integration experience with Costar or similar property/asset management systems. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the data migration process from SAP CRILink to Costar, ensuring accuracy and completeness. • Design and develop ETL mappings, transformation logic, and integration interfaces between SAP and Costar. • Analyze existing asset management data structures in SAP, including master data, cost centers, depreciation areas, and financial mappings. • Work closely with functional and business teams to define data mapping and transformation rules. • Perform data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation to maintain high data integrity. • Develop and execute migration test scripts and coordinate with testing teams for UAT. • Implement automation scripts or tools for migration efficiency and reporting. • Prepare detailed technical documentation, including migration approach, mapping specifications, and interface design. • Collaborate with SAP Basis, FI/CO, and Costar teams to resolve data or interface issues. • Support post-migration verification and stabilization activities. Required Skills and Experience: • 5+ years of experience in SAP ERP development (ABAP, data migration, or integration). • Hands-on experience with SAP CRILink, SAP FI-AA, or Plant & Asset Management modules. • Experience in data migration projects involving SAP and third-party systems (e.g., Costar). • Strong knowledge of ETL tools (BODS, LSMW, or equivalent). • Experience in interface development using IDoc, BAPI, RFC, or APIs. • Strong SQL and data analysis skills for validation and reconciliation. • Knowledge of Costar system architecture or similar asset/property management platforms preferred. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Experience working in agile delivery environments. Good to Have: • Exposure to IBM Maximo or Oracle BRM/ERP integration for asset management. • Familiarity with cloud-based migration tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, SAP Data Services). • Basic understanding of financial reconciliation and asset lifecycle management processes. Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. • SAP Certification (optional but preferred).
